Drafts are material non-public information. We treat them that way.
Deadline protections. No scheduled maintenance on a 10-K or 10-Q due date or in the two business days before it. An EDGAR-ready package can be exported at any time.
Reviewed AI. A tag suggestion enters a filing only after a person approves it. Customer data is not used to train models.
Credentials. EDGAR tokens and codes are encrypted at the application layer, never logged, and used only for submissions a user starts.
Incident notice. Account administrators are notified within 72 hours of a confirmed incident, in time to assess Form 8-K Item 1.05.
